高dpi+缩放情况下表现差

如下图所示，窗口高度超过了屏幕宽度导致无法移动、关闭窗口，只能通过任务栏或任务管理器强制结束

## background I've use GNU target from [winlibs-x86_64-posix-seh-gcc-15.2.0-mingw-w64ucrt-13.0.0-r1 on github](https://github.com/brechtsanders/winlibs_mingw/releases/), and placed it to `D:\\mingw64`, I've added `D:\\mingw64\\bin`, `D:\\mingw64\\lib`, `D:\\mingw64\\inlcude` to windows `PATH`. ## error log ```shell error: failed to...
