Remove execution flag from text file and PHP script

It looks like none of these files are executable scripts.

@r0073rr0r This PR has not changed any code, but has changed file attributes on the file system (permission). Perhaps those files that created on Windows may have execute permission. That permission means that it is an executable script. It confuses many UNIX users (including macOS and GNU/Linux).
