Port request to Google Chrome

Request you to please port the tool to Google Chrome extensions also.

Nonintrusive nature of this addon makes it incompatible with Chromes manifest v3 changes, so it would stop working at some point in the near future. Chrome also already has multiple addons that mostly do same things as this one, but via different ways.

Other chrome options are incomplete. Most of them do not support the two authentication that your tool does for qBit. i.e. the form + basic
