Cached Manifest

Constantly updating cached manifest. I am I instructed to log out and log back in to fix; but after 10+ tries of this, the issue will not resolve. I am unsure what to do to fix this.

Sorry for the late reply. That did actually fix the problem, and everything g has been working great. Thank you.

API is currently down, you can check @BungieHelp on Twitter for updates. Current ETA is next week for them to turn it back on
