Sort by tiers not very useful

Use case: I want to make an Ursa Furiosa build with 10 resilience and 10 intellect, and maximize tiers of all other stats.

This is currently not possible by sorting by tiers, as the tiers column counts the number of tiers for that build, without regard for unused mod slots.

Another example: find all maxed tier builds using all 5 stat mods that have 10 recovery.

I propose changing "Tiers" to "Max Tiers". The "Tiers" column is not useful to sort by because there may be a different number of stat mods applied in the list of builds.

Suppose there are X "Available Modslot limitation" Given a build that has Y tiers using Z mod slots, Max Tiers = Y+(X-Z)

In this case, "Max Tiers" would report 37.

In this case, "Max Tiers" would report 30.
