Improve the ability cooldown tooltip

Find a way to improve the ability cooldown tooltip in the stat selection. Some examples:

• Show ability icons
• Reduce wasted space
• Improve how names are shown
• Improve text breaks
• If it fits in the very small space, we could show a chart or something similar.
