Add "Change Inclination" to JSIActionGroupSwitch transfer setter methods
To change inclination once you are in orbit? Or to set the launch inclination? The latter is already implemented. The former will require a bit of work.
I was thinking about changing inclination while in orbit. Not particularly important, just would be "nice".
