Fix: Correct default url and line-endings

• Fix default URL to legend.lnbits.com (the lnbits.com doesn't have any API endpoint, 404)
• Fix line endings (force LF), some files was in CRLF and others in LF, leading git diffs being big if files edited another platform (windows/unix-like).
