[feature request] JEI click and drop filter addition

Hello, so a feature I would love to see when using the scanner module: block is the ability to use JEI's click and drag ghosting ability to easily set the filter when you dont have the block on hand.

Doesn't this break the balance of requiring a block to scan for it?
