[1.12.2] Replay mod breaks key_up event

I was surprised to find that for some reason, installing the relay mod along with opencomputers breaks the key_up event. Keyboard will not send the key_up event until the player closes the monitor window. This makes OpenOS completely unusable, because if you press ctrl once and c once, the system will go into a keyboard interruption loop.

I don't think this is an opencomputers problem and you should be looking into it, but just in case, I'm reporting it so other people know what the problem is if "keys get stuck"
