Relay sides don't share energy buffers
So, I was playing around with relays and linked cards and found this strange bug-slash-feature
With this setup, computers can't communicate. It doesn't matter if "internal" relays are equipped with Linked Cards or Wireless Network Cards.

But with this setup (notice Power Distributor connected between relays), computers can communicate.

Problem goes away completely when energy usage is ignored in config file, obviously.
While not exactly "uplayable", it is still kinda weird and counterintuitive. Also makes cable management more frustrating than it should be.
OC version: 1.12.2-1.7.5.192
@asiekierka This issue was tested in version 1.8.9 and has been fixed.
This is the configuration of the relay next to the computer
There is no card placed on the outer relay
Both computers are using non-wireless network cards
@asiekierka The demonstration images in this issue are inaccurate. In my test, connecting two adapters to an unpowered computer did not change its internal energy capacity. However, when I replaced one of the adapters with a buffered relay, the computer’s internal energy storage began to decrease.
In the demonstration images, the computer was powered, which allowed the inner relay to draw energy from it. As a result, the issue could not be reproduced.
