Robot can't break Tall Mystical Flower with Shears

Tested only with Tall Yellow Mystical Flowers from Botania. Tested with robot looking at the top block, the bottom block and above the flower robot.swing() and robot.swingDown() only returns false "block" and does not break the flower. Kamis from TC also do not break the flower. When tested with Grass and Tall Grass it worked as it should. MC: 1.12.2 OC: 1.7.4.153
