Why „device queues“ in openCL 2.0 not in progress or done?

The 2 sub points of „device queues“ are done.

so logical „device queues“ must be in progress or done.

actual it is in state „not started“. Why?

My fault: It is in openCL 2.0 not 1.2. i change in this issue.
