Same issue here, I cannot click throught window :( I'm currenty using i3wm on manjaro. Desktop=i3 Type=x11 There should be just option do turnof this frame, thats all.

Adding some flag to stretchly that will run preffeneces window would be somehow minimizing impact of this bug.
