Why is "Languages.cs" adding the "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key" header

According to the docs currently found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/translator/reference/v3-0-languages?tabs=curl:

"Authentication isn't required to get language resources"

The "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key" header isn't even mentioned.
