Need markdown .md file translation

Would be good if Document Translator had an option to translate markdown (.md) files.

Markdown file support checked into 2.4.0. Remaining issues: Too slow - translating paragraph by paragraph. Lists indentation not copied to target Some empty lines not copied to target Inline code quotes (single ') will be translated to a different quote style.
