Word - page numbers converted to plain text and all replaced by last page number

After the translation of .DOCX document the page numbers in the footer were converted to plain text, also all the new plain text numbers were a copy of the last page number (in this case all page numbers in the footer were replaced by the plain text number 23)

No options to "update field" etc.
