System incompatibility since 2.1.1

Hello All, thank for your work which helps me a lot. I am not a developer but use DocumentTranslate to treat some enormous Russian reports. However, whenever I try a version greater that the 2.1.1 I get an application failure. The app launches but when I click on 'Translate Documents' it then folds. Any help would be appreciated but its not a priority by any means. Stay safe all.
