Not detecting windows hello

Will this sample code works with windows Hello or only with usb security key? It is not detecting Windows Hello on Windows 10 version 1903 on Microsoft Edge as well as on Chrome browser. Attached the exception received.

It is not detecting Windows Hello as FIDO2 authenticator on Windows 10 version 1903 while launching "https://webauthnsample.azurewebsites.net/" on Microsoft Edge as well as on Chrome browser. Attached the exception received.
