[Problem/Bug]: Issue #4389 is still not solved

What happened?

I wrote issue #4389 in the past, and although is was closed with "fixed", the same problem is still present in the most actual WebView2 and Edge versions.

--> When Edge is in DarkMode, setting the background color with put_DefaultBackgroundColor() doesn't work at all.

Importance

Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.
