[Problem/Bug]: Consumer download page broken
What happened?
The consumer download page for WebView2 does not work correctly anymore. When clicking the "Download WebView2" link, a blur effect appears, but the expected license agreement popup with the actual download link stays invisible (see screenshot).
Note that the popup is there, but just invisible. If you move the mouse around the place the popup would normally show, you can find the invisible "Accept & Download" button and even press it to start the download.

Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

- Open https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/consumer
- Click the "Download WebView2" button.
- Observe the blur effect and invisible popup
This reproduces in any major browser for me.

@PCRacer Yeah, the developer download page works, but the consumer one doesn't. Note that my problem isn't finding a download link, it is that I need to link the (currently broken) consumer page to end users of an application I'm building.
