Can the Fixed Version Runtime of WebView2 be installed on a USB flash drive?

I put the Fixed Version Runtime onto a USB flash drive for a simple application. It worked first time and then failed next time (The exactly same copy works well on a non-removable drive). When it fails, the program does not respond. I need to use Task Manager to close it. Please give some instructions for this issue.

Hey @fangliq - This sounds like a similar limitation as #1478, though with a removable drive. I've added this as a feature request on our backlog. Thanks!
