My problem is due to the Chinese documentation not being updated in a timely manner. Thank you for your response. FabianLars has already resolved the problem for me.

Meanwhile, to see the new section at the top of the Release Notes webpage, you can manually edit the URL in your browser's Address bar, to change it from your OS's locale such as /zh-cn/ or /fr-fr/ to the /en-us/ locale.
