Context menu items not visible in developer tools

When right clicking on any item in the developer tools, on a open file in the Source tab or on a HTML element in the Elements tab, the context menu is shown without any visible text.

This indeed used to be a bug in DevTools in the past. It got fixed since then. The best way to report issues about DevTools is to use the Feedback button in DevTools itself:
