Edge Tab gets attached to File Explorer

A random Microsoft Edge tab (not the entire browser window) somehow gets attached to File Explorer. This has been happening for weeks now. At first I thought this issue was unique to my laptop only but recently one of my friend also noticed this on his laptop.

My Laptop Specs :-

Intel i7 8750H GTX 1060 16GB RAM

How to reproduce :-

I didn't really notice any specific pattern. It seems to occur randomly when using Edge.
