Separate tracking of the clipboard event and the clipboard asynchrnous API

The current data about Clipboard API (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/platform/status/clipboardapi/?q=clip) seems to cover both the clipboard event and the asynchronous clipboard API according to the detailed browser support (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/platform/catalog/?q=specName%3Aclipboard-apis). But this makes the Shipped status confusing, as only half of the spec is shipped and we have no info about the other half.
