Should there be an entry for each ECMAScript stage 4 feature?

This seems like the right place to track support for ECMAScript features, and since those are tracked in a structured way, it might be a good idea to set up some semi-automated process to make sure entries are created as soon as a feature reaches stage 4.

(Specifically, I was/am searching for information on the roadmap for adding support for object spread in Edge, and couldn't think of a better place to put that information than this page—but it's missing.)

There's an item in chrome status object rest/spread properties that we should use for the tracking of other browsers.

@bterlson do you know the status/priority for Chakra (or who can know it)?
