Unclosed processes PasswordInputProtection

If we'll make several fast refreshes on the test web page a PasswordInputProtection process may occasionally not be closed. Processes are not closed even when we close edge itself. Number of unclosed processes depends on how many times we resfreshed the page. Tested on out of process version.

I am facing same problem where instance of "PasswordInputProtection" is not getting closed. Whenever I close the "secureinput" html page within 5 minutes after launching it, It closes all running instances. But when I close "secureinput" html after around 10 or 15 mins, "PasswordInputProtection" instance keeps running. It does close "NativeMessagingInHost" process though.
