Appreciate the effort that you put in here. Given the work that Diego has put into splitting the Explainer up into two (in #695), it probably makes the most sense to not merge this in at present time.

Hey Gleb, I'll keep you posted once we have a final draft that can be translated. But definitely appreciate expanding this to the RU market and get feedback from the dev community there!
