Microsoft Edge WebDriver should update to keep in sync with the Edge browser

Right now, test authors need to download a version of Microsoft Edge WebDriver that matches the version of the browser they are driving. This pattern is true for other browsers and their drivers as well. If test authors fail to update and match the version of the browser, they encounter an error whenever a new browser version is rolled out and their driver becomes out of date. We can improve this experience by updating the driver binary automatically.
