IE Mode not working with Version 128.0.2739.67

We just updated to this version of Edge 128.0.2739.67. The prior version of Edge didn't have this issue and the automation worked just fine.

Now, when the new instance is started, and we navigate to a url that needs to be in IE Mode. We get a banner that states "Turn off remote debugging to open this site in Internet Explorer mode. Otherwise it might not work as expected." I can't turn off debugging mode since it requires a restart of edge and doesn't apply to any instance opened with the Web driver.

Any thoughts on this (I wish I could just not use IE Mode but this site requires it).
