"Edit and resend" feature broken in Edge version 140.0.3485.94

Looks like the same problem that was earlier:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open devtools (Right click, inspect)
2. Go to "Network"
3. Reload page og choose a request to "Edit and resend"
4. It just shows a white page

Also broken i Dev (142.0.3568.0), but seems to load in the newest Canary build 142.0.3588.0 It loads i Canary... But still broken. I get compiler error when trying to resend and whe whole developer tool page "freezes" and doesn't load any more requests. Cannot even close it. I need to open a new tab to be able to continue browsing.

+1. I opened https://github.com/MicrosoftEdge/DevTools/issues/375#issue-3501057708 yesterday, but this is probably the same root issue.

For me, in Canary Edge version 143.0.3638.0 64-bits , Network Console is functional again . However the stable Edge branch still in 141.0.3537.99 version, what don't work yet.
