Can Microsoft bundle the resources with MSEdge DevTools?

Can Microsoft bundle the resources with MSEdge DevTools? Serving on Microsoft's server makes debugging with poor network condition or restricted connection hard.

Or, can MSEdge DevTools download those resources at the first time so it can be re-used next-time?
