Do the SelectionChangedCommand and SelectionChangedCommandParameter work? Are there any examples?

SelectionChangedCommand, of type ICommand, which is executed when the selected item changes. SelectionChangedCommandParameter, of type object, which is the parameter

I note that the links are just stumps. Is there any example of how to use these?
