References to 1903 and earlier

Windows 10 1903 went out of support in Dec 2020 and all versions before it are also EoS. Is it really necessary to keep calling out that 1903 or newer is required for certain functionality, and even have examples for how to configure WDAC prior to 1903?

Thanks @GenerAhl for the feedback. Correct, we generally don't need to include those sorts of references if the OS is no longer supported. The only caveat is whether that same version is also an LTSC build. It's a general maintenance issue that we have across a lot of content.
