Page gives impression this works on its own with devices already in AAD

This page gives the impression that you can use this capability on an already deployed system, to get it to enroll in Intune.

Microsoft Premier Support says that the WCD packages only work if they are also registering the device in AAD. Already deployed systems in a Hybrid environment are already AAD registered.

So, this page seems to give false hope.

We have a few thousand school-based computers where we currently don't have AD users logging on. So, they never see an Intune licensed user. They are Hybrid Joined but using local user accounts. We desperately need these in Intune as we do not have ConfigMgr for the schools.

I am about to try adding the AAD configuration to a package to see if this helps.
