Delete the last line of the output from the file that reads CertUtil: -dsTemplate command completed successfully. Modify the line that reads pKIDefaultCSPs = "1,Microsoft Software Key Storage Provider" to pKIDefaultCSPs = "1,Microsoft Passport Key Storage Provider"
