UpdateServiceUrl also supports Delete command

CSS spent 6 months with BMW to fix an issue because of missing documentation. the CSP UpdateServiceUrl is documented to only support Get and Replace. We found that when you remove the policy completely from Intune, Intune sends a Delete command to the device. This Delete command will clean up everything on the device and then the device is able to search for updates on WU. Once we knew that Delete is supported the issue was fixed by creating the Delete command on their 3rd party MDM.
