Update doc to include the new attribute that targets calling extensions

We are adding a new setting called PinnedCallingBarApps that targets the calling extensions. Any apps that are pinned here would be displayed in the UBAR in call window. Admins can use this setting to pin the apps exclusively for calls. This PR updates the doc to add info about this new setting.
