The GCC/GCCH/DoD whitelisting spreadsheet is missing 4 URLs

A GCCH Cx that was having issues with installing Outlook365 on endpoint devices until they white listed the following URLs on the Azure firewall that are in the commercial whitelisting spreadsheet but not the GCC/GCCH/DoD whitelisting spreadsheet: *.smartscreen-prod.microsoft.com *.smartscreen.microsoft.com *.checkappexec.microsoft.com .urs.microsoft.com

Please update the GCC/GCCH/DoD whitelisting spreadsheet.
