ReadyToTrigger status
What does the ReadyToTrigger status mean and what are the next steps? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/sharepoint-online/get-spouserandcontentmovestate?view=sharepoint-ps#description Presumably it is someone ran the Start-SPOUserAndContentMove with -ValidationOnly and now they should run it without the validationOnly attribute.

Sorry, I missed this. Ready to trigger means that the PDL change (which is a prerequisite for a user move) has been updated and the user move can now be queued by the admin. If a move is attempted before this state, it is likely that the admin will get the error that the PDL of the user does not match the destination of the move.
