Feedback

Hi there! I have been following along for about a year+, and I am loving the approach!! Digging more into the content left me with a few ideas/comments/feedback. It’s my two cents, but hopefully, some of it could make sense.

Disclaimer: I gave up the idea of writing it all, I was afraid to scare you… I dropped you a link to a recording and let only for foreword. Sorry for the length of it, you should probably go grab yourself a coffee...I tend to be too passionate about it.

1. The value of the MM4M365

A quick word about why I love the Model: it’s spot on in bridging the gap between tools and processes. Usually, a place where everybody struggles to provide an answer. But having “a set of practices defined by a community of experts” as an external reference is an awesome piece to have as a consulting company like mine. There’s definitely a need for such material and I keep seeing it. Additionally, being an “Auditing” company as well, having access to a documented reference opens a whole new realm, the one of a systematic approach producing a clear output -> a gap analysis with an action plan. It’s tangible, it’s actionable.

2. Feedbacks

Shorter said than writen (hopefully) -> feedbacks

Thanks for your work !!

@KevinStocky - I just realized none of us had responded to you. How rude!

We've been discussing your points, and they are very helpful. It's great to get such detailed feedback. We're thinking about what steps we may take, and if you're game, we may well want to invite you to one or more of our internal meetings to discuss all this.

@sympmarc thanks for your response! With pleasure to share further with you guys. Tried to keep it short and simple, but I would have few ideas in the back of my mind that I am happy to share.
