Added a section under the filters pane section that describes how to manipulate views and use Save As to modify a view in ways that are not possible using the Edit View command/page. Added a subsection example with steps for filtering a multi-choice select column.

@hermi14 - I think you should see the CLA inline above, but since I'm not you, I don't see it. If you can't find it, please let me know. It's an automated process, so there's not link, per se. You also probably received an email about it back when you initially did the PR.
