Article suggestion

Based on project experience and a recent question on Twitter by Joanne Klein, https://twitter.com/JoanneCKlein/status/1306756365696737280?s=20, we would like an article discussing the best practices on getting user feedback for an intranet replacement/rollout project.

Submission Guidelines

There are many suggestions, where we will give credit of course, but I believe me and Joanne should be authors at least at the beginning - adding more as needed.
