microsoft-365-community What about AI maturity?

Hi there,

I love all of the MM materials, and since AI is the solution to all of our problems /s 🙈I thought it might be a good idea to create content around that matter as well?

I came across this as I drafted an article that covers why AI initiatives in orgs usually start with lots of enthusiasm and the infamous „list of user cases“, and then slowly fade out and die… usually due to the fact that these orgs didn’t do their homework (maturity) first.

Would this be a fit for this repo?

@LuiseFreese - We just had a session this morning for MM4M365 talking about the Maturity Model and AI Agents with @SimonDoy sharing his insights. David should be posting the video soon in our YouTube playlist: https://symp.info/MM4M365Videos I believe Simon intends to turn this into a Practical Scenario article.

All that said, we have AI in general woven into the other competencies. We sometime struggle to decide whether something should be its own competency or be covered within others.

We're definitely interested in ideas from you!

Thanks @sympmarc for your response. I guess that a lot of people will search for content around AI/Copilot maturity, so it could make sense to have this as its own category. I will try to sync with @SimonDoy on that matter and report back!
