Provide more information about the 'device certificate'

In this statement, we should provide more details/information about the 'device certificate' - "If a removed device checks in before its device certification expires, it will reappear in the console."

Where is the cert? How long-lived is the cert? What is the renewal interval for this cert? Is there a way to see how much time is left on this cert? You get the idea. Thx

@hilde-msft Thank you for your feedback. The certificates that this article is referring to are either SCEP or PKCS certificates. More information on the expiry and how long it lives would be on the certificate.

This article might help in better understanding - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/remove-certificates

Hope this helps!

Thanks Sri

@msbemba and @yogkumgit - the certificate mentioned in the section I referred to isn't a SCEP or PKCS 'typical' IT-deployed cert. The certificate referred to in that section refers to the certificate issued by Intune to the device as part of the device enrollment.
