IIS docs for ManagedRuntimeVersion are about 12 years out of date

The docs state:

Current valid values are "v2.0" and "v1.1". Additional values will be accepted when new versions of the .NET Framework are installed on the IIS server.

But for CLR v4.0 / any modern .NET Framework, the required value is "v4.0".
