Web Deploy Cmdlets instructions require using a snap-in which is not support in powershell 7+

The Web Deploy cmdlets documentation talks about adding a snap-in. Snap-ins are not supported in Powershell 7+.

Does anyone know if there is a way to import these cmdlets as a module? If so the docs should be updated. If not, can some one point me in the right direction to get some help using these cmdlets in powershell 7+
