Wrong recycling time interval mentioned

I have encountered this problem in live, for an API hosted by IIS 10.0 : the site was shutdown every 29 minutes... corresponding to 1740 seconds ! (1740 is the default value set for recycling).

Hence, the description in parentheses "(in minutes)" is wrong and must be modified into "(in seconds)".
