Application Request Routing 3 help link navigates to outdated Windows documentation

If I click help, I get https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=154328, which is redirected to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2008-R2-and-2008/ee683951(v=ws.10), which has a message informing that this content is no longer being updated and recommends https://docs.microsoft.com/windows-server/windows-server, which ends up being redirected to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/index.
